Analysis of pathophysiology based on the genes identified by genetic analyses

We are studying the role of candidate genes identified by trio exome analysis or nation-wide genome wide association study using cellular models and animal models. Using the animal models, we are trying to identify the neural circuit dysfunction responsible for bipolar disorder that will help to develop new diagnostic methods and treatment.
